Mr. Greg Goebel, is the President and CEO of Auto Dealer Monthly, LLC, the parent company of Greg Goebel
Training & Consulting and the publisher of both Auto Dealer Monthly Magazine and Special Finance Insider. He is a noted
auto industry trainer, consultant, speaker and author. Mr. Goebel has extensive experience in the sub-prime sector. His dealerships
first began utilizing Special Finance in 1990 and delivered over 11,000 sub-prime deals. He has trained over 4,000 dealers
since 1998.

Kevin Day is a founding partner of Master Dealer Services, LLC. He has over 12 years of experience in
the automotive business as a dealer principal. He has also spent time as a 20 Group moderator, trainer and consultant. His

Ms. Kris Wright is a partner of Motion Dealer Services Sub Prime Division,
Inc. Since 1998, she has been utilizing her proven Special Finance training processes and systems to train and support dealers
throughout Kentucky, Indiana, Ohio and Tennessee. Ms. Wright is a 20-year veteran of the automotive industry who designed
and developed a sales desking tool used by some of the highest-volume Special Finance dealerships in the eastern United States.

Mrs. Emily Beck is a partner in the Maryland office of Hudson Cook, LLP. Mrs. Beck designed and developed
the dealership compliance audit program at Hudson Cook, LLP, which is intended to "issue spot" areas of legal non-compliance
in dealership forms and consumer credit practices.

sizes developing and implementing processes and procedures to improve sales and maximize profits through use of desking tools
and technology.

Palmer, in 1995. Prior to forming Dealer Marketing Services, Mr. Palmer served as GM and used car manager for dealerships
